To Activate Body CoolerŪ
For best results, BODY COOLERŪ should be placed flat in cool tap water. Let stand for 10 to 20 minutes, but not over 30 minutes. The BODY COOLERŪ will expand to approximately 1" in thickness. Remove from the water and dry with a towel or hang to remove excess water, it is then ready to use. If you wish the outside fabric completely dry hang for about 30 minutes. BODY COOLERŪ will stay cool for days. Do not over soak as it will only add weight.
Using Your Body CoolerŪ
Each BODY COOLERŪ is designed to be worn on a specific part of the body and is made in sections so the polymer will stay in place. If the BODY COOLERŪ begins to feel warm simply turn it over to increase the cooling sensation. If more cooling is desired the item can be frozen and put in a plastic bag; be sure the outside fabric is dry before freezing. When ready to use, when frozen, wrap in a light terry hand cloth so there will be no skin damage. It will stay frozen for about one hour and give suburb cooling to the desired area. When BODY COOLERŪ shows signs of de-hydrating, after a few days of use, simply re-soak for approximately 3 minutes. BODY COOLERŪ IS NON-TOXIC.
For Therapeutic Moist Warming
Each BODY COOLERŪ style can be used for MOIST HEAT THERAPY. After soaking simply place in a Microwave oven for 1 or 2 minutes. Be sure to test by touching you wrist to be sure it is not too hot and will burn the skin. Microwaves' vary in efficiency and may vary in time but never heat over 2 minutes. A light terry towel may be placed between the skin and item if desired. It will stay warm long enough for heat therapy application. BODY COOLERŪ IS A MOIST DEEP HEAT THERAPY.
Washing And Care Instructions
Hand wash in a mild soap, rinse thoroughly and hang to dry. SHOULD NOT BE MACHINE WASHED OR DRIED IN THE DRYER. Be sure you clean after each use. When not in use or for long storage, it should ALWAYS be hung in a well ventilated area. It will return to its original crystals in 3 to 8 days, depending on the temperature and humidity.
